Waterproofing Services

Waterproofing You Can Rely On

Protecting structures from water intrusion requires planning, material control, and correct execution. Our waterproofing services focus on preventing moisture damage at critical transition points, structural interfaces, and exposed assemblies – before small failures become major repairs.

Why Choose Us

Water Protection That Works

Waterproofing fails most often due to poor detailing, incompatible systems, or rushed installation. Our approach eliminates those risks.

  • Trade-specific crews focused only on waterproofing systems

  • System selection based on structure type, exposure, and substrate

  • Coordination with framing, concrete, and finish trades

  • Documentation of methods, materials, and coverage areas

  • Warranty-backed installations with defined scope

Our goal is not patch repair. It is controlled water management at the building envelope.

What We Do

Waterproofing Services We Provide

We install and repair waterproofing systems across vertical, horizontal, and below-grade assemblies.

Below-Grade Waterproofing
Foundation walls, retaining walls, podium decks, and subterranean structures. Systems include sheet membranes, fluid-applied membranes, drainage composites, and protection boards.

Deck and Balcony Waterproofing
Traffic-rated waterproofing for balconies, terraces, walkways, and podium decks. Includes slope correction, flashing integration, and compatible finish surfaces.

Planter and Podium Waterproofing
High-risk areas requiring layered protection. Includes root barriers, drainage layers, overflow detailing, and tie-ins to vertical systems.

Crack Injection and Structural Sealing
Targeted epoxy or polyurethane injection for active and dormant cracks. Used to stop intrusion without demolition where appropriate.

Roof and Sheet Metal Integration
Waterproofing coordination with roofing assemblies, penetrations, parapets, and custom sheet metal transitions.

Our Process

Our Waterproofing Process

Each project follows a controlled sequence to reduce failures and scope gaps.

Assessment and Exposure Review
We inspect existing conditions, identify water paths, substrate condition, and interface risks.

System Selection and Detailing
Materials are selected based on exposure, movement, load, and compatibility. Details are defined before installation.

Surface Preparation and Installation
Substrates are prepared per manufacturer standards. Systems are installed by trained crews with inspection checkpoints.

Testing, Protection, and Close-Out
Flood testing or visual verification is performed where applicable. Installed systems are protected prior to finishes.

Waterproofing Services FAQ

If water intrusion is recurring, spreading, or affecting multiple areas, a repair alone is rarely sufficient. Waterproofing addresses the source and movement of water, not just visible damage.

Dampproofing resists moisture vapor but does not stop hydrostatic pressure. Below-grade waterproofing is designed to resist standing water and soil pressure using membranes and drainage systems.

Yes. Many systems can be installed during renovations, deck replacements, or targeted excavations. Access and substrate condition determine the best approach.

Properly installed systems typically last 10–30 years depending on exposure, movement, and maintenance. Protection during construction and correct detailing significantly extend lifespan.

Some systems do. Drains, scuppers, and overflow paths should be inspected regularly. We provide maintenance guidance after installation.

Certain assemblies require waterproofing under local building codes, especially below-grade walls, decks over occupied space, and planter systems.
