3. Utility Shutoff + Verification
Utilities are coordinated, shut off, capped, and verified before demolition starts, with phasing options where partial operations must remain active. This prevents emergency stoppages and protects both safety and schedule.

4. Site Protection + Containment Setup
Before demo begins, we secure the site and set controls based on the environment—fencing, controlled access, dust/noise mitigation, and protection of adjacent areas.
